Exploring Tangible Interfaces for Air Traffic Control
Description
Air traffic control (ATC) is a safety-critical work domain, which faces several usability challenges. In this HCI project, we followed a user-centered design process based on contextual inquiries with air traffic controllers to create an interaction concept for ATC. We present a prototype of tangible models and share insights from the formative evaluation.
