The Virtual Platelet Project is an unity application. It is a Framework, which aims to allow users to create biological cells with custom behaviors using the provided cell-creator. There are custom Rules to be defined, which activate the configured the configured behaviors. The cell-creator also enables the user to define their own substances to be used and interacted with in the Simulation.

The users can then import the created cells and substances into the also provided simulation of a blood vessel. They are able to configure the environment by setting the number of active cells and substances in the vessel. The users can then observe how the cells and substances interact with the environment.
